D.O.B: 24.10.1948
Place of birth: Felinfoel Llanelli Wales UK.
Teams: Coleshill School, Felinfoel RFC, Llanelli Scarlets, Wales, British & Irish Lions, Babarians.
Position: Outside Half (number 10).
His flair and range of tricks, including his famous sidestep and swerve, earned Phil the nickname ' The Side Stepping Magician'
Phil was a firm favourite with crowds.
