I have used the Draig Balm and it is amazing.

I had been suffering from sciatica for about three weeks I wasn't sleeping because of the pain,,, the first time I used the balm I slept all night and was almost pain free.

I can highly recommend it.

Hi Phil,
I used the draig balm on my hands with gloves on only had to use it once on my hands they have been great ever since.

I use it on my knee which gives me a lot of relief.

My grandson pulled a muscle in his leg and only once did he have to use it and his thoughts on it was awesome.

I told him make sure you bring it back to me .

Bought the draig balm for my husband who had been moaning about neck and shoulder pain for 2 weeks!
Within rubbing the balm in just twice the pain disappeared thank god as I was ready to kill him 😀
He genuinely had used lots of deep heat treatments and pain killers to no avail.
So I would recommend this balm 100% a lifesaver literally x

Gotta to say Draig Balm has worked wonders for my other half....He has suffered bicep strain for over a month and tried many creams with no success....Just two applications of using this warm up rub made a huge difference and he's back in the gym every day. Happy chappie.....highly recommend 👌

I get muscular aches with my lower back.
Iv'e had them since a back op many years ago.

Sometimes It's worse than others and over the years ive tried household sprays and ointments which have had little or no effect.

After mentioning it to Phil Bowen he suggested I tried his Draig Balm.

He give me a bit of his Draig Balm warm up rub he had in a tube on him.

I literally applied a very small amount to my lower back ...Wow what an impressive product not only did it smell great not like the deep heats or the like within a minute i could feel the warming sensation and within 10 mins or so my ache subsided and did so for hours later, which for me personally i haven't had from any other treatment ....

Dont get me wrong i wont be doing much break dancing after using it but i definitely would recommend it to anyone with similar problems with muscular tightness.

I saw a post that Phil shared about how Draig Balm had helped a lady`s shoulder.

As I have had a painful frozen shoulder since October decided to try it.

After one application the pain level fell dramatically and lasted through five hours of physical work, as a farmer I can`t pick and choose what to do, so this looks as if it will be a great help in recovery.
Definitely more than just a warm up rub.

Hi Phil.

Just wanted to say what great results I've had with Draig Balm.

I've had golfers elbow (oddly from a horse incident) for nearly 10 years.
 

You know that nagging 'toothache' type pain when you can't sleep. Well during an episode a few days ago - I tried Draig Balm and the relief was pretty much immediate.
 

I could still feel the deep warmth the next day and I will certainly continue to use it.

My partner has also tried it on an arthritic hand (also from injury) and the initial reports from him are very positive. I'll keep you posted on that one.

A word of warning - be careful what you do between application and hand washing!!

Hi all,

Before I start, I have never written a review anywhere before, about any product.

Just over 2 weeks ago, I broke a bone up the top of my arm, right by my shoulder, because of where the break is, it can't be put in a cast, so basically it was arm in a sling, go home and suffer in silence.

I was prescribed cocodomols (30/500) and ibuprofen. Because of the severity of the pain, and constant agony, I was taking them every 4 hours, day and night, but the pain was still there. And it's a long night when your awake in agony.

So last night I couldn't cope anymore, I sent Phil Bowen a message just on the off chance that he had anything I could try.

Within half hour, he was at my door with Draig Balm.

My Partner was very unsure, his words were if it doesn't come from a chemist, it's not going to work.

I was desperate, so he applied it to my shoulder.

A lot of you won't believe this, but I was instantly pain free, I could feel it burning and the pain was gone.

My partner told me to try to lay down on the sofa, I did and without pain, I burst out crying, I was so chuffed. AND I slept for 7 hours.

It really is an amazing product, I will never be without it.

My partner even wants it for his back now.

If you suffer from any bone, muscle  pain or even arthritis please please try this.

Don't suffer like I did.

I used your draig balm hot rub on my painful shoulder.
I was amazed after 20 minutes I could feel the heat easing the pain.
I will now continue to use this product not only has it eased my shoulder pain I can now continue to play darts on a weds night .

I have been using Draig Balm for the last 3 weeks on my knee which has caused me terrible pain due to a compression injury following an un lady like dismount from a horse.

This happened 2 and a half years ago and i have tried just about every topical lotion and spray on the market with no true pain relief.

Draig Balm has been the first product to actually work. It has a fantastic warming sensation and you can feel the essential oils penetrate the skin and ease the pain.

Used this product today for the first time before my 10km run on lower back.

Put it on then actually forgot about it until 10 minutes into my run when I felt a warming sensation.

The warmth continued until I sat down after 50 minutes and I could still feel the warmth.

I suffer with lower back problems and this helped immensely.

Highly recommended to use this on muscles before training.

Just received feedback from the academy football players at the college. Around 6 players carried out the procedure of the testing the two products before and after the game.

 

Draig Balm: All players felt that the product increased heat around the applied area before exercising. Allowing them to feel confident especially before warming up particularly in cold conditions. This give them a psychology boost in poor conditions.

 

Draig Cooldown Rub: Players felt it was beneficial and stated that it helped their muscles, especially hamstrings that seemed to be less tight after performance. (This could be down to distance covered and intensity played at, not necessarily the product. Unless tested several times, it can provide a more reliable result)

 

Overall, having the players confirming that their hamstrings were less tight can give them a psychology benefit through increasing self-confidence to allow them to perform higher making that extra run / tackle knowing they don’t have to worry about pulling their muscle.

I have suffered with Rheumatoid Arthritis for many years and have tried many ointments and creams all of which did not help my aching and inflamed joints.
